全国各地の伝統的工芸品を、産地や歴史、特長、技術とともに、未来につなぐための取り組みを紹介した書籍です。
貧しい生活をなんとかしたい！という情熱から生まれた工芸品が数あることを、このお仕事を通して学びました。そんな情熱が伝わるマンガを目指して作画しました。
This book introduces Japanese traditional crafts with their history, characteristics, techniques, and the efforts to keep them alive in the future. Through this project, I learned that many of them were created with the ambition to solve poverty. I drew these comics in the hope that readers would feel this passion.
